​Fetch Success - T&C's & Service Agreement

Pet Biz Booked Out coaching programme:

​

Throughout this agreement, 'I' or 'we' refers to Fetch Success, and 'you' refers to the client.

 

1.What I agree to:

 

Provide coaching and support to help improve your marketing and profitability, with a focus on consistently attracting and keeping customers. This includes:

 

-Your regular coaching support calls and clinics.

-Asking the right questions – to get the right answers!

-Understanding your business – and the numbers.

-Identifying and articulating ‘the gap’.

-Coming up with – and get agreement to – an effective strategy to close the gap.

-Mapping out a tailored, workable plan to achieve the strategy.

-Providing guidance on specific actions when you require them.

-Tracking results – based on the numbers provided by you!

-Adjusting the plan where necessary, based on results.

-Holding you accountable to achieving your goal.

 

2.What I Need From You:

 

For your coaching to work effectively so that you get results for your business, you agree to:

 

-Be transparent – please don’t hide anything. The good, the bad (or the ugly!)

-Keep an open mind.

-Collect and capture accurate numbers, necessary information and materials in a timely manner, and share them with me!

-Be open minded and willing to try.

-Commit to ‘getting out of the weeds!’

-Find the time to implement.

-Actually implement.

-Agree priorities and stick to them.

-Utilise and maximise the coaching support offered.

 

3.Payment Terms

 

You agree to pay a monthly fee of £149.

​

Payments are due every month and will be automatically charged to your payment method on file.

 

If a payment fails, I will attempt to reprocess it over the next 14 days. If still unpaid after that, a £75 late payment fee will be added to cover admin and chasing costs.

 

While payment is outstanding, services may be suspended.

 

No refunds will be given for unused days, and the full monthly fee still applies.

 

4.Contract Length

 

This agreement begins on the sign up date, and will continue for a minimum of 1 month, after which it will roll monthly unless either of us chooses to end it.

 

5.Ending The Agreement

 

You're not locked in long-term (unless you want to be!). If you decide that my coaching isn’t right for you, or your circumstances change, you’re free to leave at any time. All I ask is 30 days’ written notice.

 

That said, I want to be honest: real, lasting business change takes time. We'll likely see some early wins together, but meaningful progress typically happens over a 9–12 month period.

 

To cancel, email emma@fetchsuccess.co.uk at least 30 days before your next payment. For example, if your renewal is on the 1st of the month, you must give notice by the 1st of the previous month to avoid the next charge.

 

If you cancel mid-month, your current month’s payment is still due and non-refundable. But your payment will not renew after that, assuming notice was properly given.


Once the agreement has ended, your access to all associated coaching services will be removed.

 

6. Use of the materials

 

I retain ownership of any tools, materials, and resources I create and provide for you.

 

You’ll have a lifetime license to use the materials in your own business, but you agree not to sell, share, or transfer them to others.


This lifetime license does not include access to coaching support, pre-recorded content, or any associated coaching platforms - these will end if or when our agreement ends.

 

7.Additional Services

 

If you need services beyond what's included in this agreement, I’ll confirm the details and cost with you by email before beginning the extra work.

 

8. Limitations Of Liability

 

I’m not responsible for indirect losses (like lost profits or business disruptions), whether caused by my services or external factors.

 

If I’m found liable, the only compensation offered will be a refund of what you’ve paid, minus any costs I’ve already paid to any third parties involved.

 

I’m not responsible for issues caused by inaccurate or incomplete info you’ve given me, or for delays outside my control.

 

9.Small Business Support Scheme

 

Your coaching may begin with a Bursary period, where I cover part of your fee through the Small Business Support Scheme. This bursary gives small pet businesses affordable access to support.

 

The Bursary lasts for the period agreed at sign-up and includes the same level of support as full-paying clients.

 

The Bursary aims to help you get clear on direction and implement some quick wins, but real transformation still takes time—usually 9–12 months. I want to be transparent about that from day one.

 

Eligibility is based on your application and discovery call to ensure it’s the right fit. Spaces are limited to keep the programme sustainable.

 

You can exit the Bursary and coaching programme at any time with 30 days' written notice. Once your Bursary ends, your full coaching fee of £149/month will be automatically charged starting from the following month (e.g. if the bursary period ends 1st Jan, you’ll be charged in full from 1st Jan), unless you’ve cancelled in line with Section 5.

 

Payments made during the Bursary are non-refundable. You can check your Bursary end date at any time by emailing emma@fetchsuccess.co.uk

 

 

10.Guarantees / Promises

 

I don’t guarantee specific results. Your success depends on many factors: your time, effort, consistency, and business situation. I’ll share advice and strategies based on real experience, but it’s your responsibility to apply them.

 

My 'No Action, No Results' guarantee is simple: my coaching can’t transform your business unless you take action and implement.

 

Implementation means:

 

-Showing up and utilising the coaching calls and clinics.

-Reaching out when you need help (I’m here to support you!).

-Completing the tasks I set for you (all be it, at your own pace!)

- Spending focused hours a week working ON your business, not IN it.

- You can’t claim under this guarantee—it’s a straightforward but powerful promise from me: the more you invest in your growth, the more you’ll get out of it. That’s when the magic happens!

 

 

11.Entire Agreement

 

This is the full agreement between us. Any changes must be agreed in writing and signed by both of us.

 

12.Governing Law

 

This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.

Pet Biz Breakthrough:

​

Throughout this agreement, 'I' or 'we' refers to Fetch Success, and 'you' refers to the client.

 

1.What I agree to:

 

Provide coaching and support to help you grow your pet business with confidence.

- Offer support & advice via a recorded video analysis of your marketing assets.

​

 

2.What I Need From You:

 

For the advice I give you to work effectively for your business, you agree to:


-Utilise and maximise the advice and feedback that is offered.

-Find the time to implement.

-Actually implement.

 

3.Payment Terms

 

You agree to pay a one-off free of £49.

​

Payment will be automatically charged to your payment method on file at the time of booking.

​

You understand that your Pet Biz Breakthrough recording will be delivered within 5 working days of your diagnostic form being submitted.

​​

No refunds will be given after the Pet Biz Breakthrough video recording has been delivered.

 

​

4.Contract Length

 

This agreement begins on the date of booking, until your Pet Biz Breakthrough has been successfully delivered.

 

​

5.Ending The Agreement

​

Payments are non-refundable after the submission of your diagnostic form due to the service commencing.

 

Due to your Pet Biz Breakthrough recording being delivered to you within 5 working days, you agree to waiver the right to a 14 day-cool off period.

Pet Biz Boost:

- Offer support & advice through our weekly zoom calls & the #AskEmma portal & supporting videobombs.

2.What I Need From You:

 

For your membership to work effectively so that you get results for your business, you agree to:


-Utilise and maximise the coaching support offered as and when needed.

-Find the time to implement.

-Actually implement.

 

3.Payment Terms

 

You agree to pay a monthly fee of £9.99 a month.

​

Payments are due every month and will be automatically charged to your payment method on file.

 

If a payment fails, I will attempt to reprocess it over the next 14 days.


After the 14 days, if payment is outstanding, your membership will be immediately suspended along with all associated services.

 

While payment is outstanding, services may be suspended.

​

No refunds will be given for unused days, and the full monthly fee still applies unless cancelled.

 

​

4.Contract Length

 

This agreement begins on the sign up date, and will continue for a minimum of 1 month, after which it will roll monthly unless either of us chooses to end it.

 

5.Ending The Agreement

 

You're not locked in long-term. If you decide that my marketing membership isn’t right for you, or your circumstances change, you’re free to leave at any time.

If you cancel mid-month, you won't be refunded for any unused days, and your access to all associated membership services will be removed immediately upon cancellation request.

 

 

6. Use of the materials

Privacy Policy:

 

At Fetch Success, I take your privacy seriously and protect your data in line with GDPR.

 

By using my services, you agree to this policy.

 

(i) What I Collect:

-Your contact details

-Payment info (handled securely by third-party processors).

-Business info shared during coaching services.

 

(ii) How I Use It:

-To provide coaching services.

-For billing and updates.

-To improve the services I offer.

-For marketing purposes where opt in consent has been given.

 

(iii) Protection:

Your data is only accessed by those who need it to deliver the service.

 

(iv) Sharing:

I don’t sell your data. I may share it with trusted service providers or where legally required.

 

(v) Your Rights:

Under GDPR, you can:-Access, correct, or delete your data.-Limit how it’s used.-Request a copy.-Object to certain uses.

 

(vi) Data Retention:

I only keep your data as long as needed for service delivery.

 

(vii) Cookies:

My website uses cookies to improve your experience. You can manage them in your browser.

 

(viii) Updates:

This policy may be updated. I’ll notify you of changes.
